The ninth puzzle piece is close to a lake in Oxenforscire. The puzzle piece is close to the top of a crumbled stone near the river. To get this puzzle piece, you need to be on 90 power level.
Tenth Animus Anomaly Puzzle Location
The final piece is located on the south side, close to the Seven Sisters. The puzzle can be found at the cliff.
