A new patch Y5S2.1 of Rainbow Six Siege recently went live. Some long awaiting features along with “Operators balancing changes” have been added in the game. R6 has always examined the bug fixed and unbalanced characters. The feedback of players to Ubisoft was to fix the issues and remove the bugs with overpower mechanics. So now the patch has been released and is now live, here is some extended information of the current version.

Operators
With the new update, developers have prevented the unfair advantages to Ace and Hibana. You might know that, before the release of this new update, they were able to destroy the gadgets from the other side of the wall. From this advantage, most of the players were rushing through the wall, and that was completely a trap for the other side of players. The gadgets of Melusi with Banshee were also way too powerful. The penalty sector was also shrinking by 33 percent while the critical area has been reduced through 3m to 2m. Additionally, it’s a max range of penalty radius that went through 6m to 4m.
Maps
Players in Rainbow Six Siege are dependent on time, and an unbalanced map can lead the players to disaster. In the location, Oregon 2F Door hall of pixel peak was the thing to work on. In the theme park, there are some areas where players weren’t supposed to reach also worked up. Bugs have been fixed on eight maps; Bank, Kafe, Clubhouse, Coastline, Oregon, Consulate, Chalet, and Theme Park. You can play and check out all the Y5S2.1 patch notes while reading this.
Gameplay
Like almost every player of Rainbow Six Siege wanted the new match cancellation procedure. In the previous version of the game, if a player wants to quit the match, they need to surrender or keep playing the match. This was the most frustrating thing about the cancelling the match. Sometimes an unbalanced team of four vs. five continued. Now things have changed, and now players can leave the ongoing match if there is an unbalanced queue.
Rainbow Six Siege Y5S2.1 New patch notes have solved lot bugs and also managed with the unbalanced gameplay. Most of the previous issues have been answered from this new patch note. A lot of players were complaining and developers had listened to them and solved most of the issues. Players were forcefully playing with disadvantage from some characters that are also solved now.
