Force Quit Crunchyroll App

You can follow these steps given below:

  1. Click on the button of Xbox on the controller.
  2. Don’t forget to highlight the Crunchyroll app.
  3. You should click on the option of Menu, which shows forth multiple different choices.
  4. Go to the menu and move down to the option of Quit and select it.
  5. Now, after closing the app, relaunch it.

Remove Saved Data

You can follow these steps given below:

  1. Firstly, close the application.
  2. Then don’t forget to highlight the app of Crunchyroll and press the button of Menu to see additional choices for the app.
  3. From there, choose the Manage App option.
  4. Now, reach the left panel and move down to the Saved Data option and choose ‘Delete All.’
  5. You should open the app once again, and this will display a prompt screen that says ‘Syncing Data.’
  6. Wait for the process to get over.

Modify DNS Server

You can follow these steps given below:

  1. Firstly, click on the button of Xbox on the controller.
  2. Then hit the tab of System.
  3. You should choose the option of Settings.
  4. After that, move down to the Network option and choose the Network Settings.
  5. After going to the screen of Network Settings, choose the option of Advanced Settings.
  6. You should scroll down to the DNS Settings and choose the Manual option.
  7. Later, choose the fresh ‘DNS server’ that you would like to use. In case you wish to use the servers of Google’s DNS, input ‘8.8.8.8, and 8.8.4.4 IP address respectively.
  8. If you would like to use the servers of Cloudflare’s DNS, enter the 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 IP address, respectively.
  9. After inputting the IP addresses of the fresh DNS servers, press the button of ‘B’ to shut the menu.
  10. Now, the Xbox will check the connection.
