We are in an era of video games that have become an essential part of one’s life. Every person is one or the other way engaged in online games that also plays a role in keeping one from boredom. Video games too have genres just like movies and shows and assuming that the audience likes to explore, a new horror video game is going to be introduced at the beginning of 2021.
Hunger is a very underrated adventure game that was later renamed as ‘Little Nightmares,’ released on Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. However, not many people are familiar with the game, a sequel to the same was announced last year, and a lot of people can’t get enough of the thought of it. The game is published by Bandai Namco Entertainment who has also released the details about what the audience can expect this time. Not only this, but they’ve also mentioned the special editions, day-one purchases, and pre-order bonuses, which is live now.
Little Nightmares 2 is full of thrill and the absolute fun sequel you’ve been waiting for after you experienced the horrifying incidents with Six. The original surely left you with more questions than the answers about what happens next. Will the sequel answer your questions regarding the backstory? Well, we doubt that! However, you’re likely to face another heart stomping episode and child through the spine.
In the Little Nightmare, you tread on the heels of a girl named Six as she escaped from the Maw, a terrified and creepy underwater resort. The sequel of the game will focus on exploring the world outside Maw. The Little Nightmare 2 will also introduce a new character named Mono who will team up with Six. Mono is the focus of the new game, and the two characters will be exploring a signal tower that is the center of the story, mentioned by the Senior Narrative Designer Dave Mervik. The game consists of a lot of mysterious incidents and terrifying adventures which you’ll get a hold of once you play the game.
The new game is expected to release on February 2021 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Not only this, but a version for Xbox Series X and PS 5 will also be released later in the year.
Now, talking about the Day-One Edition, it’ll be made available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, which includes the complete game, a Nomes’ hat cosmetic item, and a digital mini soundtrack consisting of 5 tracks. The hat will be a reward for the players who follow the Nomes in-game and solve the game puzzle.
The TV Edition will be available for all the platforms, including a PC. The game will come on a Blu-ray disc for Xbox One, and PS4, digital code for the PC, and cartridge for the Switch. This edition is especially for the collectors, and the TV box will be featuring Mono, a soundtrack on CD, an art book featuring the BHS and making of Little Nightmares 2, and exclusive stickers. Not only this, but the TV Edition will also contain some other goodies.
Finally, the ones willing to pre-order the Little Nightmares 2 from Amazon, you will get a Mokujin Mask cosmetic item for Mono free. Sounds great, right?
If you’re wondering about the requirements of the new game, all you need to have is a Windows 7 operating system, an Intel Core i3, 6GB of Ram, and 10GB of Storage. Well, this isn’t too much to ask for playing one of the best games out there. The familiar audience cannot wait for the release of the new game; however, the ones who haven’t played the game, you’re missing out on something huge. Also, the players complained regarding the time duration of the original game that was short. It is going to be a sign of relief that the Little Nightmares 2 is going to be longer than that. What are you waiting for? Follow Six on her mind-blowing adventure and team up with Mono when the sequel arrives.
