How to View all the Downloads in Chrome?
The steps to view all the downloaded files in Chrome on your Android are:
- Click on the ‘Ellipsis’ icon on top of the screen.
- A pop-up menu will open. Select the ‘Downloads’ option from the same.
- A list of all the downloaded files from Chrome will appear in a sequence.
You can also view the downloaded files in the file manager app on your Android device. Many devices have a default file manager app, usually named ‘Files’ or ‘My Files.’ If such an application is unavailable, you may download the ‘Files by Google’ app from the Play Store to keep a check on the downloaded files from Chrome.
To check the downloaded files in the ‘Files by Google’ app, launch the application on your Android phone. Select the ‘Browse’ tab from the menu at the bottom of the screen. Next, look for the ‘Downloads’ folder and click on the same.
The best part about using the Files by Google app is that no matter which Android device you own, you can access the app in the same manner. Not only this, but you can find all the downloaded files and folders in this app other than Chrome. Isn’t that interesting? Having access to an app that is a shelter to all the downloaded files. This way, you won’t have to visit every browser separately and view the files you’ve downloaded.
