Call of Duty Mobile: How to Unlock Katana Operator Skill

 Call of Duty Mobile recently added an all-new operator skill in the game to easily cut down the enemies. It is “Katana” that can cut down the opponent once a player unlocks it. Players simply need to unlock Katana, and they will get its operator skill as well. This sharp Katana will change the face of the game in some way. Using the Katana is not so tough, but unlocking this sharp blade isn’t simple. To unlock the Katana, you need to finish the “Katana Kill Challenge” series. However, you will be able to unlock more rewards as you move further. When you complete the series, the Katana will unlock. It’s a special event that will allow every player to unlock Katana.

How to Unlock Katana

To get the Katana, you need to complete the Katana Kill Challenge that consists of eight different tasks. The first two tasks from the challenge are the easiest. In the first task of the challenge, you need to play three matches in Gulag. In the second task, you need to log in to the game five days to continue. While playing the game, you’ll be required to kill five opponents from “DR-H” in any mode and five kills with any operational skill. Another task players have to do is to play 8 Dominant Matches and 10 Multiplayer Matches with friends.

In the final two tasks, players have to play 30 TDM matches and get the MVP in 4 Multiplayer Matches. Among all these tasks, getting MVP in 4 matches will be the hardest task for some players. However, it depends on the skills of the player also. In one match, a player can complete a couple of tasks before the match ends. You need to make a strategy to complete multiple tasks in a single match of the game. 

Before getting Katana, you will get several more rewards. In the following rewards, you will get a sticky grenade named “Sight Unseen,” a spray named “Crash,” and also a skin for MW11 called “Sight Unseen.” After getting all these rewards, you will get Katana as well as in the end.

How Katana Works

When you use Katana, the camera will turn into TPP (Third-Person Perspective) until you swing the sword. When you use the following mode, you will be allowed to lock down the enemy and make a short leaping slash to instantly kill the enemy. Even if your enemy is in smoke or you are in smoke, if you have locked the enemy, you can kill easily. When you are in close range of your enemy, he/she won’t have much time to avoid your attack.

Call of Duty Mobile also provides great challenges and interesting content for players. This Katana event is very special for most of the players because it’s a unique weapon.
